Introduction To Corporations

In some of my other videos, I declare that the government of the United States has been stolen from we the people by cabals of corporations and clubs of aristocracies.

If corporations are our mortal enemies, maybe we aught to know something about them.

We all think we know what corporations are. All of us alive today have grown up in a world where corporations exist, where they dominate the economy.

Some of us may believe that corporations are godlike figures which emerged inexorably from development of something we call the capitalist system.

And if you believe the propaganda, this "capitalist system" is the main reason for America's success.

Well that is a lie.

Corporations are non-human entities which engage in business, financial matters and other activities similar to human beings. They are not born. They are formed by lawyers (and this is very important) under state law.

They are not born. And they don't necessarily have to die. Corporations are for all practical purposes immortal. They are also amoral.

Now since most corporations are designed to engage business activities, by way of comparison I am going to start by describing a human being engaged in business activities.

My grandfather was born in the year 1890 and endowed by his creator with certain unalienable rights.

He owned and operated a general store in a small rural community.
He bought goods with his own money and sold them to citizens of the community and farmers from the area.
The business was successful and he lived a good life.

Now, if the store had not been successful. He would have had to sell it and do something else to make a living. And, of course, if the proceeds of the sale had not been able to cover his debts he would've been liable to pay off anything that he is the proprietor of that business had borrowed.

My grandfather was a human being. And he lived by a moral code.
He did his best to do to do unto others as he would have them do unto him.
He loved his neighbors as best he could.
He honored his God.
And he cared for those less fortunate.

During the Great Depression of the 30s, when customers had no funds. He offered them credit.

And when some were unable to pay their debts to him he forgave them. And continued both to love them and do business with them because they were his neighbors – – – his fellow human beings.

My Grandfather was a human being engaged in business.
Now let's look at a corporation engaged in business.

Corporations as I said are not born but created by lawyers under state law.

Now the Corporation, not being human, does not have human rights. No matter what the Supreme Court may say.
But it does have privileges. And those privileges are specified within the laws and regulations of the state under whose laws that Corporation was formed.

If the Corporation is engaged in interstate commerce, laws of the federal government also apply when determining the privileges and the restrictions on the behavior of any corporation.

Now a Corporation gets its money from shareholders. Human beings or other entities which pay for participating in the ownership of the Corporation.

If the Corporation is successful, those participating owners receive some portion of the profits. Either through dividends or through the appreciation of the value of their share in the ownership --- which is fungible. They can sell it to other entities.

If the corporation's business enterprise is not successful, these participating owners are not liable for its debts. They simply walk away and the creditors are unpaid.

Corporations do not have the capacity to love their children or their neighbors. And being not only amoral but immortal, they do not fear death.

So what are the constraints upon the behavior of corporations? Well, they are creatures of state law and most are also subject to federal law so governments have the power to determine how corporations will behave in the world.

They are the creators of those corporations and have complete control over the rules by which those corporations operate. Both the internal rules – – – the bylaws Corporation, and the external rules --- the economic environment in which the corporations function.

Now corporations are not intrinsically evil. They are, as I mentioned before amoral. They have no morality. In place of morality their creators, state and federal government have the power to completely control their behavior through laws and regulations.

That is why corporations in partnership with aristocracies have put forth such a determined and well-funded effort to take over our government. These amoral entities are attempting to remove any constraints to their behavior. And they have come very close to total success.

It is time to restore the proper balance of power within our nation, and for that matter within the world.

Corporations must be made subject to governmental power
and governments be returned to their proper function of securing the unalienable rights of human beings.

Government of the people by the professional politicians for the cabals and corporations and clubs of aristocracies must be replaced.

Ronnie Rodeo

an actor
who created a character
which became President of The United States
and started the Reactionary Rapepublican Revolution

A lot of you may not remember Ronnie Rodeo, he became president in 1980, almost 40 years ago. And he started what I call Ronnie rodeo's reactionary Rapepublican revolution.

Now even if you don't remember Ronnie rodeo, you probably have seen his name. All over our country there are streets and schools and other public buildings named after Ronnie. There are even statues of him.
He must have been a great hero, right?

Well NO

as a matter of fact he did more to damage our country than such traitors as Benedict Arnold, Jefferson Davis and Lee Harvey Oswald.

And Ronnie rodeo took an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of United States.
---------------------Yet his impact on our nation was antithetical to the Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights. And he sold out our government to the domestic enemies of we the people of the United States.

Ronnie was not really a con man, like the current occupant of the White House.

But he was an actor.
He was skilled at causing audiences to suspend their disbelief.
Now Ronnie was not really a great actor. But he took his acting skills in a slightly different direction. And became a spokesperson.

Rather than convincing people he was a character who he was not, Ronnie started convincing people that a message he was delivering, crafted by someone else, was believable and important.

Now a lot of actors perform in commercials. But Ronnie had a special gift for being believable.

He created a character for these commercials who seemed like such a friendly kind familiar person that you believed he was your friend and were sure he would never mislead you.

First Ronnie used these skills to sell products. Especially those of the General Electric Corporation.

Later he went on to sell the corporations themselves, convincing Americans that these corporations were beneficent institutions, not economic creatures created under state law whose primary objective is to maximize profit.

He was so good at this that the corporations and the wealthy aristocratic families of the United States hired him for an even bigger job.

Taking over the United States government.

While his supporters. (Actually the other minions of his owners) started to infiltrate the Republican Party.
Ronnie became governor of California and learned how to play the role of populist politician.

When he finally became president, Ronnie instituted a revolutionary series of laws and regulations which completely reversed the direction of American history, destroying the American dream,
and delivering almost un-challengable power to the corporations and wealthy aristocratic families who had hired him to do this job.

I discuss all of this in greater detail in some of my other videos. But a few of the key elements of Ronnie rodeo's reactionary Republican revolution were:

he drastically cut taxes for the wealthy. Promising that this would somehow benefit the poor and middle classes whose taxes he raised. (an obvious lie).

He removed or loosened the regulations which had been put in place to restrain economic entities from cheating the american people and despoiling our environment

while at the same time restricting the rights of working people.

He started the process of bankrupting our government and crashing our economy by wasting money on unnecessary weapons while neglecting the needs of citizens.

There's a whole lot more. But the main impact of this revolution under Ronnie and subsequent presidents has been to steal our wealth and subvert our government.

All to the benefit of cabals of corporations and clubs of wealthy aristocracies. And at the expense of we, the american people.

This is gone on long enough.
And fortunately the current occupant of the White House is not a likable actor like Ronnie Rodeo.
He is an obvious ConMan cheat and incompetent.
Yet he has accelerated the evil, unamerican policies of ronnie rodeo's reactionary rapepublican revolution.

The american people are not stupid. And I think the forces of corporations and aristocracies are now over-playing their hand. We can expose this evil and our nation will rise up in anger to overthrow Ronnie Rodeo's Reactionary Rapepublican Revolution.

So it's time for a counterrevolution.

I discuss several specifics in some of my other videos but it's easy to figure out the broad outlines of what the counterrevolution needs to accomplish.

We need to reverse all of the laws and subversions of our institutions and our national character which have been perpetrated by Ronnie and his successors.

We need to tax the wealthy and use the money to restore our education system, infrastructure and support for our less fortunate citizens.

We need to put corporations back in their place as economic entities, subordinate to the will of and managed for the benefit of human beings.

We need to abolish aristocratic privilege and reestablish the american dream for all citizens and residents.

We have waited long enough.
We have suffered long enough.
There is no better time than this.

Counterrevolution now.
